The US Postal System now offers better tracking with delivery confirmation
service.  You can see this additional data when you click "additional
details" at the USPS website.  US Priority Mail usually takes 2-5
business days from date of shipping.  USPS tracking does not always
show step by step tracking as UPS does.  Sometimes it shows a couple
steps along the packages route and other times it only show the final
scan when it is delivered.

UPS offers great package tracking and deliveries of between 2-6 business days.. On larger, heavier 
items we will use a trucking company. We also will ship freight collect if you 
want to use your own carrier.San Francisco/Oakland area on a limited basis.

Stock items are returnable within 30 Days as long as they are in re-sellable condition (i.e. not painted or cut) . Custom items are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
